Where ever possible the IMS works in collaboration with dioceses, religious congregations, secular Non Govermental Organization and International Human Right Organizations.

Pragati Social Service Society in the Delhi Province

Jan Vikas Samiti in the Varanasi Province are the organizing wing of the Social development in their respective areas.

HIV/AIDS Centre at Warangal Andhra Pradesh and the Speech & Hearing Impaired School at Coorg is taken care the Indian Missionary Society.

ASMITA is another pioneering venture in the city of Varanasi to care for the street children and the unorganized laborers. It is a collaborative venture with the Catholic Bishop's Conference of India.
